Nice Rack!
That's bomb rack- and her eyes are up here! Late IAR81's had a Stuka-type bomb rack installed that was rarely used. The swing bomb trapeze (that pivoted the bomb so as to miss the spinning propeller) was removed, but the mounts on the fuselage were retained. I made 'em out of brass wire and a bit of busy-looking scrap. The pics tell the tale.
